Protectapeel GlassDefend
Protectapeel GlassDefend is a temporary construction surface protection coating designed for internal use. It protects a wide range of surfaces, including glass, aluminium, PVCu, acrylic, stainless steel, painted aluminium and polished concrete, for up to 24 months.
Protectapeel GlassDefend has achieved British Standard 476: Part 7 1997 Class 1 “Method for Classifaction of the Surface Spread of Flame of Product.”

With extensive glazing across multiple high-rise blocks, Protectapeel provided a reliable and cost-effective temporary protection solution throughout construction.
Guoco Midtown
Protectapeel protective coating has been used to protect approximately 47,000m2 of glass on the mixed-use development Guoco Midtown in Singapore.
Protectapeel was selected as the temporary glass protection solution for the complete development by two different facade managers.
The Burj Khalifa

The Four Seasons Hotel
Protectapeel construction surface protection was used to protect glass internally and externally on the Four Seasons Hotel refurbishment in New Orleans valued at $450 million.
Protecting mass sheets of glass from potential damage such as scratching and dust. The environmentally friendly coating was used up until hand over. Simply hand peeled away, the glass remained pristine. This allowed the project to be handed over quickly and efficiently.

Protectapeel provides a peelable coating that protects glass from scratches, dirt, and damage during construction. It is easily applied using an airless spray gun, reducing labour requirements on-site. Once the project is complete, the coating can be effortlessly peeled away, leaving the glass clean and undamaged.
Protectapeel is designed for straightforward application, making it easy for you and your team to apply it independently. To help you achieve the best results, we also offer complimentary training with our application technician.
The recommended application thickness for each Protectapeel product is detailed in the Technical Data Sheet. Applying the minimum thickness is essential for effective protection and easy removal.
Protectapeel is applied using an airless spray gun. For optimal results, we recommend using the Graco 390. If needed, spray guns are also available for rent directly from us.
