The Whitehall Riverside project in Leeds comprises 500 residential apartments. Valued at an impressive £140m Quest Solutions has played a crucial role in protecting one of the project's most valuable elements—its extensive glass and frames, by using Protectapeel.
The project commenced in May 2023 and in September Spraylat International provided a free demonstration, showcasing Protectapeel’s effectiveness in preserving glass and frames during the construction process. The demonstration was a success, leading to Quest Solutions deciding to implement Protectapeel into the project.
Protectapeel was applied to a substantial 5,000m² of internal glass and frames by air less spray gun. Using Protectapeel on the Whitehall Riverside project has proven to be a strategic decision by Quest Solutions. By ensuring the glass and frames remain undamaged, the project not only maintains its aesthetic appeal but also adheres to its timelines and budget. The protective coating’s ability to safeguard such a large area speaks volumes about its reliability and effectiveness.
