Protectapeel At Ebury Bridge

Updated: Oct 7

Protectapeel is being used on Ebury Bridge project in London

Stanmore has worked on phase 1 of the Ebury Bridge Estate. Located in the heart of central London, the project is the biggest delivery of new affordable homes in South Westminster in over 50 years.

Phase 1 is set to include the development of 226 units distributed across two tower blocks. Stanmore has worked on installing the steel framing system, glazing, cladding and façade and has been committed to delivering excellence during the construction journey.

This is why Stanmore decided to protect their glazing with Protectapeel temporary protective coating. Stanmore got in touch with Spraylat International and booked a free demonstration to see how the coating worked.

In February 2023 Spraylat arrived on site to perform a short demonstration of how Protectapeel is quickly applied by airless spray gun. Stanmore was impressed with the quality and durability of Protectapeel and in June 2023 placed an order to protect the glazing internally and externally.

Protectapeel has been manufactured in the UK since 1992 and has been used and trusted within the construction industry ever since. The spray on, peel off protective coating provides up to 12 months of air-tight protection, providing Stanmore with assurance the glazing is protected from damage, reducing the need for time-consuming repairs or replacements on-site.

Congratulations to Stanmore who has upheld top-notch levels of safety, eco-friendliness and excellence during the Ebury Bridge scheme.
